Founded in 2011 by Dane Truchon and Corbin Schlather as just a personal training company, TRU-COR Fitness has grown and is now a full service fitness facility located in Avon Lake, Ohio. Having been associated with large gyms in the past, the founders of TRU-COR Fitness wanted to create a unique workout experience where the environment is completely member friendly. It was this thought process that lead the founders to create their personal training business around the idea of "fitness made personal." It was only natural for the owners to go back to their roots and incorporate this philosophy into the newest chapter of their company.
TRU-COR Fitness is committed to providing the most member friendly gym experience for patrons of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. The staff at TRU-COR Fitness pride themselves on being personable, passionate, and persistent when it comes to helping members and clients meet personal fitness goals. Our mission is to educate, motivate, and encourage our patrons to make informed decisions regarding their health and well-being through our comprehensive wellness approach. We aim to create a working environment where client and member success is our number one priority.
