Group Fitness Classes

Strength in numbers! If you find motivation in a class setting, then this is perfect for you! Our fitness classes offer a safe, motivating workout environment that will help you lose weight, build core strength, and improve overall wellness. Whether you are at a beginner or advanced level, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun, but be prepared to sweat!

Meet Your Instructor


Jenn Truchon

Jenn graduated from Kent State University with a major in education and a minor in psychology. She played multiple sports at a young age which was the beginning of her fitness journey. She has completed multiple 5K’s, a half marathon, and, most recently, a triathlon. Jenn enjoys challenging herself mentally and physically to achieve her fitness goals. Her passion for fitness and education led her to get certified in group fitness training. Her classes will focus on cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. She is excited and ready to motivate everyone to live an active, healthy life!

Class Descriptions

Body Combat : A boot camp style class designed to push you past your comfort zone! This is an interval training class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.


Classes will be offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30AM and 6:45AM and selected Saturday mornings at 8AM.

Classes are offered for both members and non-members.

Classes are 45 minutes to an hour in length.

Classes are for all experience levels (beginner to advanced).

Classes are $8.00 each

Registration for classes closes at 10pm the night before.

Choose the class you want to sign up for on the calendar.

(On mobile) Select a specific date in order for that days class options to appear.

Sign into / create your account.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after registration is complete.

In the unlikely event that there are no participants registered by 10pm the night before a class, we reserve the right to cancel the class, so please sign up early!
