 If sticking to a consistent nutrition and exercise regiment has been difficult for you in the past or if you are just getting into health and fitness, then the attention, accountability, support, and motivation that our one-on-one personal training provides is for you.

Our one-on-one training is extremely popular due to the personal coaching that you will receive from your trainer. All of our programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual client which means no "cookie cutter" workouts. With one-on-one training, the focus is completely on YOU and YOUR wellness goals and ambitions.

All one-on-one personal training programs include:

  • An Initial Consultation and Health Screening

  • Periodic Assessments to Measure Circumferences, Body Fat, and Muscle Percentage to Track Progress Toward Your Goals.

  • Nutrition Consultations to Help You Fuel Your Body Better

  • Personal Training Sessions Lasting Forty-Five Minutes to One Hour in Length.

  • A Full 24-hour Gym Membership.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is also available at TRU-COR Fitness. These groups can range from 2-4 people and offers you the opportunity to train with friends, co-workers, relatives, etc. for a reduced cost during the same session time slot. Our group sessions are private as opposed to semi-private, meaning you will only be training with those that you sign up with.

Training in small groups offers you the opportunity to not only be motivated by your trainer, but by those in your group as well. It also adds another dimension of accountability. Who wants to be the only person out of a group of friends to miss out on something?

Tru-Cor Fitness has a unique partnership with Athletic Performance Specialists, owned and operated by Justin Leonard, and run directly out of our facility in Avon Lake. Justin has developed programming that can bring any athlete, no matter the age or ability, to the next level.
